Having spent over 15 years in service management, outsourcing, channel management and strategy, managed services, and project management – and in prior positions at Applaud, Dell, Commonwealth Bank, Telstra, ING Bank and IBM – Mark has worked with BMC in both partner and customer capacities.
He brings this experience to his present appointment at BMC, where he is committed to growing and developing relationships across BMC’s ecosystem. With his unique insight, he provides valuable counsel to businesses transitioning from ITSM excellence to Enterprise Service Management, and journeying to achieve digital innovation through Digital Service Management.
