Vice President, Customer Success Services, EMEA
Neil Greathead is a Vice President with BMC’s Customer Success Services organization leading the EMEA Consulting business from the U.K. In this capacity, he focuses his division on ensuring a positive, consistent customer experiences and value realization across BMC service delivery. Previously at BMC, Neil established the Chief Customer Office, and held the position of EMEA Chief Customer Officer. He is also a recognized thought leader in Customer Experience with over 20 years in the IT industry helping customers drive value and achieve their business goals. Prior to BMC, Neil spent seven years at SAP as part of their Support leadership team where he created and then led their Customer Experience division. Throughout his IT career, Neil has cultivated a deep understanding of healthcare, banking, telecom, manufacturing and government entities via various program delivery efforts.
