David Hicks is Group Vice President, ISV Business Development and Strategy for Oracle.

In this capacity he is responsible for driving Oracle Public Cloud strategy and adoption in the ISV partner community. David also leads Oracle’s ISV Success organization and marketing team focused on awareness, programs, demand generation and go to market activities with partners.

David joined Oracle in 2006 and prior to working in his current capacity, he was responsible for Strategic ISV Sales and Strategic Global Partner Account Management.

Before joining Oracle, David worked for Siebel Systems for 7 years in Global Alliance and Channels, most recently in a capacity where he managed Siebel’s global System Integrators and Platform partnerships.

David holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Colorado. He has worked in the IT industry for more than 25 years.
