Greg Schern
Greg Schern is a passionate and multi-disciplined strategic leader with proven success in complex enterprise environments and entrepreneurial endeavors. Greg joined BMC in 2021 from PTC where he had several leadership roles in Customer Success and most recently built a new Customer Experience Transformation organization focused on elevating the customer voice, establishing a culture of customer-centricity with metrics to help measure effectiveness, and designing tools and methodologies to help all functions understand and document customer journeys and needs across the entire lifecycle. Greg is responsible for growing and developing a dedicated enterprise-wide customer experience team responsible for orchestrating BMC’s evolution in customer centricity collaborating closely with teams across BMC, advocating and driving transformational improvements to deliver best in class customer experiences.
