Mark Rausch has been involved with Operations & Infrastructure Management, Software Development, Project Management and Business Analysis for over 25 years.   He is currently the Director of IT Business Services, where he leads teams which manage ITSM and Identity Management tools in support of IT’s objectives.  Mark holds certifications from the Project Management Institute (PMI) as a Project Management Professional and the International Institute of Business Analysis as a Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP).
