Tracy Schulz is a finance senior director for BMC Software, Inc. Currently, she has specific oversight over financial automation initiatives and alignment of internal reporting. Tracy chairs the corporate Data Governance Office and has leadership roles in various initiatives supporting BMC’s Autonomous Digital Enterprise (ADE) journey. As part of BMC’s diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiative, Tracy co-captains the OneEarth employee resource group.

Tracy joined BMC in 1997 as the first unit financial analyst and during her tenure has advanced through roles for R&D finance, corporate initiatives, and corporate financial planning.  She has led projects to automate financial forecasting and planning, modernize the enterprise resource planning (ERP) system, and adopt a new revenue accounting standard for BMC.

Prior to joining BMC, Tracy spent 13 years in various technical, accounting, and financial planning and analysis roles in the banking industry. She has a BBA (Finance, Accounting, MIS) from Baylor University and an MBA (Finance) from the University of Houston.
